Dear Friends,

I am writing to you today with great joy and gratitude as I reflect upon the journey that led me to create Breathe Retreats. It is a privilege to share with you the story behind our retreats and the passion that fuels our mission.

As a devoted seeker and student of various philosophies that inspire, I have always felt a deep connection to the practices of yoga, meditation, holistic health and wholefoods nutrition. These transformative disciplines have not only brought immense personal growth and healing to my own life, but they have also awakened within me a burning desire to share their profound benefits with others.

My path to founding Breathe Retreats was a result of my own transformational experiences and the realization that many individuals yearned for a space to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and rediscover their innate radiance. I witnessed the pressures of modern life taking a toll on people’s well-being, leaving them feeling disconnected, stressed, and overwhelmed. I knew that I had to create a sanctuary where individuals could escape the chaos, reconnect with their true essence, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Breathe Retreats was born out of the vision to provide a haven for individuals to nourish their mind, body, and soul. Our retreats are carefully crafted to offer a holistic approach to well-being, incorporating elements of yoga, meditation, nutrition, movement, and self-reflection. It is a place where individuals can take a break from their busy lives, slow down, and immerse themselves in practices that promote self-care, self-discovery, and personal growth.

Elena, a passionate herbalist and permaculture enthusiast, harnesses her deep knowledge of medicinal plants to empower and heal others. Through personalized teas, tinctures, and herb blends, she cultivates a nurturing and liberated environment, inspiring transformation and earning her well-deserved respect within the Breathe Retreats team.
Roger Ly - Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Musician

Roger is a talented physical therapist combining various modalities like remedial massage, acupressure and cupping to address individual needs and resolve pain at its root. With a soothing voice and musical talents as a pianist and singer, he guides transformative meditation sessions and serenades participants during yin yoga classes, creating a blissful and deeply relaxing experience for all.
Brooke Barrett - Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Coach

Brooke is a dedicated yoga teacher and storyteller with over 1000 hours of training in various yoga styles and philosophies. Her classes blend strength and softness, while her insightful storytelling adds depth and reflection, inspiring a balanced and purposeful life.
Sean Davis - Massage Therapist and Qi Gong Teacher

Sean is a skilled massage therapist and Qi Gong master. With his expertise in Chinese herbs and remedies, he supports participants in the detoxification process, while his calming Qi Gong movement practices and compassionate nature create a safe and nurturing environment for all.
