Join us for an evening dedicated to nourishing the body, mind and soul as we delve into the softening practice of extended restorative yin yoga. Britannia Stellinga will be guiding you to embrace the beginning of spring and all the budding newness this time of year offers. Under the astrological sign of Libra, we will be focusing on the whimsical element of air. Blending breathework, heart-opening postures and practices to centre the Anahata Heart chakra.

Indulge in the added delights of aromatherapy, hands-on adjustments, soothing instrumental music, and guided postures designed to leave you feeling weightless after a demanding week. Relax, slow down, rejuvenate, and find solace in the healing powers of deep breathing, meditation, and yoga poses.

All yoga props are supplied. Please bring your own yoga matt or you can rent one for $2


Your Host: Britannia Stellinga

Britannia is the founder of Breathe Retreats and has spent her life dedicated to health and wellness. She has over 25 years of yoga experience and has been teaching yoga since 2017.

Her passion for health and motivation to inspire others has needed to be balanced with gentleness, slowing down and intentional rest to find sustainability over the last 7 years of devotional living. Yin yoga has allowed Britannia to continue to wake up everyday will enthusiasm and avoid burning out.

2 hour yin yoga classes are her particular favourite as she often says “the first hour is all about settling in, the second hour is where the magic happens”.
