FAQ

Absolutely not! You are invited to undress but only if you feel called to. The nudity we practice at the retreat is to offer a safe space for woman to feel liberated in their skin and it is always optional.

Yoni is the Sanskrit word for the female womb space and more specifically the vulva. Elena Huebert is a passionate and knowledgeable herbalist that guides us in a steaming experience where we mix hot water with organically grown herbs and sit on top of the mixture to balance ph, tone and cleanse our female genitalia. This workshop is offering a space for woman to talk about vaginal health along with cleansing the female organs naturally.

We do a pick up from the Awaba train station at 3:30pm for anyone attending the retreat via public transport, including drop offs to the same train station on Sunday.

We can accommodate for all dietary needs. The retreat is fundamentally vegan, but we have in the past supplied organic meat for woman that cannot eat legumes. We will send you a document to list any dietary restrictions prior to the event where you can list any specific requirements.

We encourage woman to bring their daughters as this can be a liberating environment for young girls to be exposed to. Young woman under the age of 12 can come for free if they are sharing a bed with mum. (double mattress will be provided) Please note, swearing and nudity will not be restricted and the accommodation does not suit toddlers as it is a barn and could have sharp edges ect. We allow woman to bring their daughters for free who are 5-11 years and young girls between the ages of 12-16 can come for half price.
